There are two ways to create a new account on the Madeira Mart website.
1. At the top of the home page, click the "Login" button. Click register on the right side of the page and fill out the information provided.
OR
2. At the top of the home page, click the "New Account" link and fill out the information provided.
Now that you’re registered and logged in, you are sent to the “My Account” page. On this page all your historical and present ordering information that has been created in your account can be found. You can modify your user data, update information about your company and acquire a tax form and credit application form here as well.
While on the "My Account" page at Madeirausa.com there are many options to choose from
- Order History: Here you can see all of your recent purchases for the current fiscal quarter. If you do want to see a report further back, just click the button at the bottom of the page. This is a great way to find the products you have previously purchased for a repeat order.
- Saved Cart: Not ready to buy just yet. Still adding orders to your cart throughout the week, we’ll keep them in memory to make your shopping time easier and less time consuming for you!
- Quick Order: This is one of the quick and efficient ways to add products to your cart in one simple method. Simply add your product item numbers to the list, but we will come back to this function a little later.
- Quick Order Upload: When searching our items, do you keep all of the items you need to purchase in an excel document? If so, you’re in luck! Follow the instructions on this page and upload your order to our website.
- Modify User data: Make sure we have the most up to date information so we can let you know about our exciting monthly deals!
- Change Password: We keep all of your information completely private, but if you need to change your password, click here and in a few easy steps it’s changed and your privacy is kept to an exceptional standard.
- Contact Us: Help us, help you! If you have a question, comment or concern, let us know by sending us an email. Customer service is our number one standard.
- Apply for Net 30 Terms: Need a line of credit? Complete this form, mail or fax it to us, and a customer service representative will contact you to inform you if you were approved.
- Tax Resale Certificates: Does your state require a tax resale certificate, click on this link and see if your state applies.
- Logout: Finished shopping with us today, keep your information private. Logout by clicking here or at the top of the screen!
Do you have any promo codes to use on your order? If so, be sure to include them during your check out process. On the "Shopping Cart" page, scroll down to the bottom and place any promo codes in the space provided. Without these codes we cannot discount your items accordingly. Some discounts may not appear immediately during your check-out process but will be applied onto your final invoice.
