New E-Zee Black Cap Backing Available from Madeira USA
Laconia, NH – With headwear representing a significant portion of the decorated apparel market’s soft goods, caps are as popular as ever. Whether used to commemorate a World Series win or a company outing, they are infinitely brand-able, collectable and popular to the masses. Madeira now offers its most popular E-Zee Cap Just Right 2.5 oz. in both black and white. A medium weight Tear Away, this backing is cut specifically to fit in cap frames. The use of backing when embroidering on caps maintains the machine’s tension and insures designs that are clean and crisp in appearance.
With the addition of the black E-Zee Cap Just Right 2.5 oz., Madeira now offers embroiderers packs of pre-cuts that are 4.5” x 7” and 4” x 12” (for when embroidery appears on the sides or back of a cap along with the design on the front), as well as rolls of white or black E-Zee Cap Just Right 2.5 oz. that are 4.5” x 150 yards, for those who prefer to cut their backing to their own length.
Embroiderers are reminded that when stitching on caps, a longer piece of backing that covers two-thirds of the cap will make hooping easier. Most caps require the use of a sharp needle, and some unstructured caps may require the use of a heavier weight of two pieces of backing. Available to ship now, the addition of the black E-Zee Cap Just Right 2.5 oz. increases the existing wide variety of E-Zee backings and toppings embroiderers can find at Madeira USA.
